移民新政：发放9万个移民配额，其中2万名医护人员岗位
加拿大移民部长Marco Mendicino于当地时间（2021年4月14日）宣布了一项移民计划，联邦政府将推出6个全新的移民项目，帮助9万名留学生和临时工作者，以及人数无上限的法语使用者成为加拿大的永久居民！
新移民项目将适用于在医院，长期护理院，以及在其他必要行业前线工作的临时工人，以及从加拿大教育机构毕业的国际留学生。从5月6日开始，加拿大移民局将开始接收以下三大类申请：
1. 卫生护理（health care）行业临时工作者的2万份申请；
2. 基本岗位（selected essential occupations）临时工作者的3万份申请；
3. 从加拿大教育机构（Canadian educational institution）毕业的国际留学生的4万份申请。
这三大类申请渠道，将从5月6日开始接收申请直至11月5日，或直至申请数达到上限。此外，为推广加拿大官方语言，移民部还为打算居住在魁省以外地区的法语或英法双语申请人，提供了另外3个移民项目，申请人数没有上限。这些全新公共政策，适用于40个医疗保健行业的工人，以及其他95个跨领域的基本工作，如护理、食品生产与分配等。申请人必须精通加拿大的一种官方语言；符合一般受理要求；在申请资格时，必须在场，并获得授权在加拿大工作。
移民局考虑到COVID-19新冠病毒疫情突出了外国国民在加拿大各个部门和技能水平上的贡献。在全球COVID-19大流行期间，越来越需要确保加拿大拥有必要的劳动力，以支持个人的身体健康和福祉以及经济复苏。这次新移民项目的对象是在加拿大从事基本工作至少一年的外国人，以表彰他们的经济贡献并认识到加拿大对这些专业人员的持续需求。此外，公共政策有助于留住法语和法语浸入式教师，以解决魁北克以外加拿大的法语教师短缺问题，并以此为依托，支持加拿大政府关于官方语言的目标。
关于卫生护理类（Health Care）工作经验的申请要求：
1. 在过去的3年内，在指定的工作职位上积攒满至少1年的全职工作经验（或等同的2年工作经验）；【请联系我们的移民顾问咨询您的职位是否在指定职位列表上】；
2. 在移民局收到移民申请的时候，要正在加拿大任职；
3. 工作经验必须要是合法获取的，自雇工作经验不算；
4. 近两年内英文成绩CLB 4或以上（等同雅思阅读3.5，写作4，听力4.5，口语4.0）；
5. 目前在加拿大有合法身份，申请时居住在加拿大并且申请获批时仍居住在加拿大；
6. 意图居住在除魁北克以外的任何省份；
7. 使用加拿大移民局提供的表格进行申请并且递交所有相关的文件证明；
8. 可以通过在线系统递交申请；
9. 申请人目前没有违反任何移民法。
